How it works
Inside the Deal Room, Sellers can:

View Recommended Buyers: Flippa surfaces potential Buyers who are most relevant to your asset, including those who have watched your listing. These recommendations are curated to ensure relevance based on Buyer behavior and profile data.

Browse & invite: You can browse the list of recommended Buyers and watchers, then use the “Invite Buyers” button at the top left of the Deal Room to send invites.

Track status: Once Buyers are invited, you can track their status under the “Invited” tab to monitor engagement and responses.
Notifications to Buyers

Email Notifications: Buyer invitations are bundled and delivered on a consistent schedule—every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday—to avoid overwhelming their inbox.

SMS Alerts: Each Buyer also receives a text message with their top match at 9 AM on those same days, increasing the likelihood of engagement.
