Why your account was suspended or restricted
Your account may be suspended or restricted for any of the following reasons:

You have an unpaid invoice.

You violated one of Flippa’s rules or policies.

We couldn’t verify your account information, or you provided misleading or inaccurate information.

You have more than one Flippa account.
-
You sent unsolicited or inappropriate messages to other users, including marketing communications.

You attempted to circumvent the Flippa sales process by providing links or messages that encourage transactions outside the platform.

You tried to damage the reputation of another user, their listing, or their rating.
What happens during a suspension
While your Flippa account is suspended, you will not be able to:

Create new listings or revise existing listings.

Start new discussions or comment on listings.
-
Leave feedback for other users.
-
Bid, buy, or sell on the platform.
Note: You may still complete transactions or participate in discussions that were initiated before your suspension began.
How to reinstate your account
If your account is restricted or suspended, we will email you with details and instructions on how to resolve the issue.
To have your account reinstated, you may need to:

Wait for a temporary suspension period to end.

Pay any outstanding invoices.

Provide additional information to verify your identity or account details.
If your account is suspended, contact Flippa Support as soon as possible to find out how to reinstate it.
