This article is about Flippa listing and upgrades fees, not won listing payments or success fees.
You've canceled your listing, and you'd like to be issued a refund for the listing that you haven't started.
If this occurs please simply contact our Customer Success Team with one, or all of, the following and we'll be able to issue the refund straightaway: the listing URL, the listing number (which can be found in the URL), the invoice number for the listing/upgrade fees.
Please remember that this only applies to listings that have been paid for but not started. Once a listing has initiated - Flippa fees are payable by the seller.
Note: We ask that chargebacks are not filed for listings requiring a refund, our Customer Success Team should be contacted first. Given a chargeback is filed by a user - their account may be subject to account holds.
