Listing Package Fees

If you as a Seller withdraw a listing (where permitted by the Terms), then unless we otherwise expressly state to the contrary, there will be no refund of any amount of the Fees paid by the Seller. 

Transactions

Refunds on successful transactions differ depending on the status of the transaction.

If a transaction is completed (that is, funds have been paid or released by the Buyer to the Seller and assets have been transferred), the Buyer and Seller must reach an agreement together in the Deal Completion Area to discuss a refund and return of assets.

If funds are still in Escrow and haven't been released to the seller yet, a refund review can be requested through our Dispute Resolution Process through the Deal Completion Area. For more information on this, please review our How do I lodge a dispute? article.

Please note if Flippa issues you a refund, that refund will be paid to you using the same payment method you used to pay any fees to Flippa
