At times, Flippa may request identification from users to verify the legitimate use of their Flippa account. Flippa takes measures to ensure that the identification requested is handled securely. Only our Marketplace Integrity Team has access to any identificaiton transferred, and once reviewed the items sent to Flippa.com are safely removed.
Once verified, users typically will not have to share identification again - unless requested due to further account issues or by our Flippa Escrow Team.
The Flippa Team cares about the security of their users, therefore Flippa uses WeTransfer to collect any requested information. This helps Flippa work to comply with global privacy laws and compliance.
