Revenue is one of the most important factors in evaluating a website.
Simply check any applicable revenue method during the listing creation process. Buyers who are interested in that particular monetization method will be shown your listing when they search Flippa.
This can be done in the "Basic Details" portion of your listing draft.
If you select "Yes" to the question "Does your website generate revenue?" then you will be asked to fill further details which include
(a) Average Monthly Revenue
(b) Average Monthly Expenses
Later on within the draft (in the Verify, Revenue & Cost step) you will be required to provide a monthly breakdown over the last 12 months.
We request that users claiming revenue show month-by-month revenue via screenshots or video walkthrough of their tracking platform (PayPal, Amazon, Shopify, etc.). We'll ask that the information provided shows clear association to the user - meaning that their email or name/URL of the website being sold be visible on verification provided.
Any sensitive customer information can and should be edited out, and the minimum of the previous three months should be included. Lastly, this information can be added to the "Attachments" section of the listing.
Note: From time-to-time, Flippa may request further verification which could include, but is not limited to, screenshots of additional months revenue or complete video-walkthrough of payments dashboard.
