The most frustrating thing that can happen on a marketplace is to spend money and never receive what you paid for.
If you paid for a website or domain and never received it, here are some steps you may want to take.
If you paid with a credit card or with PayPal, let your payment processor know. Include any evidence you may have that the transaction was meant to take place (emails, Flippa messages, auction screenshots).
If a Flippa seller did not honour the transaction, please let us know. While we are unable to refund website or domain purchases, we will take any action possible to encourage the seller to move forward with the transaction.
